As we navigate through Covid-19 levels, we are able to offer the following services under each response level:
- Alert Level 4: we can provide phone and email advice only.
- Alert Level 3 and below: We can provide mobile sales, installation, and repair services.
We are committed to ensuring the safety of our customers, team members, and the wider community and will be complying with the appropriate Health and Safety guidelines. These include contact tracing, physical distancing measures and wearing any necessary PPE. We offer contactless payment by way of internet banking.
Please don’t be offended if our technicians ask you to move a safe distance away whilst they work in your home or business.
