I had a broken macerator & after wading through a number of websites with the hope of finding someone who wasn't going to charge like a wounded bull for the privilege of having a look at it, I came across Wayne's website. I was pleasantly surprised to find a whole heap of useful advice & troubleshooting tips, which actually lead to my fixing the macerator myself without me having to call anybody. So, I was very grateful for what I would say is good old-fashioned honest helpful service - which is not so common these days, unfortunately. So, I am writing this review to return the goodwill & I will make a note of his website in case anything major happens in the future.
Outstanding service. Our 15 year old insinkerator had given up the ghost after 15 years. Ordered a new one on Sunday, installed on Monday. Great work by Wayne. Many thanks.
I called Wayne's company for help in fixing my waste disposal unit. It was jammed. He clearly explained the issue and was super friendly and helpful. I watched the video clip on his website too. We agreed I could try the DIY method he advised and if it didn't work, he would come out to do it. Luckily I managed to free it up. Incredibly grateful to Wayne for his honest service. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
